Nice and cozy place, yard for my dogs and in a nice neighborhood.

The house was nice and in a nice location. Hosts were very nice and easy to work with!

We stayed for one night for a college visit to SPU it was a great spot. Easy access, parking and a really comfortable place to crash for the night. We really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the neighborhood and the ease of access to everything we wanted to visit in Seattle.

I have stayed in 9 Airbnbs in 3 months locally as a displaced renter during repairs and Muni’s is a top choice. Neighborhood, noise, cleanliness, TV, comfort - everything it’s a dream Airbnb for someone who wants an apartment style residence in the city but, quiet cozy and great price. Great view btw. Super nice host. 10/10 stars!

Muni and Shay were fantastic hosts. They were both very responsive and helpful! The residence was exactly as described and very clean. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and secure. The backyard was perfect for our pup, which was one of the primary reasons for us to stay there. The yard is fenced and secure, with enough room to play catch. The location is perfect for anyone with plans to visit the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, or any other activity in the vicinity. We will definitely stay again should we be in the area!

Had a great stay here while having some work done on our house. Really loved the back patio—was great to sit out there in the morning with coffee!

Muni was incredible and responded to all questions and concerns in a matter of moments. The property inside is lovely and has large outdoor areas that you are welcome to use. Great location and definitely a great neighborhood.

This was a a very nice place... it was clean, quiet and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Street parking was always available day or night... in front of the house near the entry way or in front of the house next door. It had all the basics need for a little longer stay: stove/microwave, washer/dryer, sleep arrangements were good and a large TV. Muni and Shay left clear instructions on how to enter the house, parking etc... Also very responsive. The only thing missing that I wish they had was a place to sit and eat indoors. The outdoor space was very nice and had plenty of seating. Thanks!

My stay at Muni's Airbnb was truly special. From my booking he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, offering help and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. His thoughtfulness made a difficult time much easier for me. The home itself was just as lovely—beautifully kept, full of character, and located in a wonderful neighborhood that added so much charm to my stay. I was in town to visit my aging father, and having such a peaceful, welcoming space to return to each day made all the difference. Great place to stay! Easy going hosts and the place had everything that I needed. The place has a great soaking tub and water was always very hot which was relaxing after a long day. Would recommend!

Our stay at Muni and Shay’s was great. We were back for Christmas to see our kids and grandkids who all live in the Queen Ann area so the location was perfect . It is also close to restaurants and shopping . The apartment was in new condition with high end appliances and well equipped kitchen and living areas. There is a big fenced in yard and deck area so your children or pets will have a great secure place to spend time in . Muni was extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had . We highly recommend this location.

This place is AMAZING! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Seattle, this is it. The photos don’t do this place justice. It is that beautiful and then some. My only complaint is that I’m sad I can’t stay longer, but would definitely love to stay here again!

We love this Airbnb! The house was in a wonderful neighborhood. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked kitchen and linens. Comfortable bed and couch. Very large TV. Looked like brand new renovation.

We loved staying at Shay’s place. The hosts were awesome at communicating and the place was clean and just like described. My family felt safe in this neighborhood and it was easy to get around the city and do things in Ballard, Fremont, Queen Anne and the Waterfront. We highly recommend this home and location and will be very happy to stay here again in the future.

I want to keep this wonderful place all to myself, but the hosts are just too awesome not to leave a shining review! They were so helpful, kind and truly lovely. The Airbnb itself is quiet, extremely clean and minimally decorated. You’re near a great coffee shop and close to the rapid line as well which will get you everywhere. Definitely book it!!

Shay and Minu were both very communicative. Their place, I don’t know where to start. It was super easy to get into, had an open outside area to hang out and relax, and an OLED for the main tv!! We stayed in the bottom unit and the place was very well kept and maintained. I would 14/10 recommend as well as come back to their place when visiting family/friends in Seattle!!

We were visiting Seattle for a few days with our family/kids and Shay’s place was the perfect location to get to attractions like the Space Needle, cruise docks, Pike Place market, the downtown waterfront and Ballard, Queen Anne & Fremont neighborhoods. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and peaceful to walk around. Short walk to a park and to enjoy some beautiful views of the city/hills and various bodies of water. At the end of a hectic day, the home was a comfortable place to come back to and retire. The yard space was a bonus. Hosts were very easy to work with, provided great information about amenities and were proactive about making sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as it could be. The unit was easy to find, with ample and safe parking, and was exactly as described and in the pics. I would highly recommend this house which is in a gem of a neighborhood with great access of everything Seattle has to offer!

The neighborhood is super safe and quiet and it was awesome to walk around and get some fresh air after a long day. The space itself is very clean and well put together. The house had some very fun aspects such as the backyard, which was very enjoyable! Also the full-sized kitchen was very convenient and useful. My favorite part about this Airbnb is its close proximity to restaurants and coffee, and it’s amazing public transport options (you can take the D line straight to downtown seattle). I will definitely be rebooking this Airbnb the next time I visit Seattle.
